A Message from the Dean of the School of Christian
Counseling and Spiritual Direction to Prospective Candidates
I accepted the challenge of becoming the first
Dean of the International University for Graduate Studies' School of
Christian Counseling and Spiritual Direction because I know firsthand
the need it meets. Our self-paced, mentor-guided doctoral programmes
fill a much needed niche for busy Ministry professionals who wish to
remain in their practices, ministries and/or academic positions while
they pursue a doctoral degree.
Our programme
offers candidates the opportunity to enhance their educational pursuits
by:

advanced mental health professionals, psychiatrists, theologians,
Christian educators and apologists.

current trends, philosophies, practices and methodologies.

interaction with other mental health professionals and educators.
Our
doctoral degree, when successfully completed, will give candidates
enhanced professional recognition, equip them to better serve their
clients, expand their academic knowledge and empower them in their
ministries.
